Publisher guidelines

1. Who can publish

• A verified Tapkoin member, 18 or older, applying for their own app, game, website or survey, or on behalf of a company they represent.
• One publisher account per company. The member account that applies can also work on other publishers' tasks, never on its own.
• We check applications within 2 business days and may ask for proof that you control the app (for example a reply from the developer email on the store listing).

2. What a task may ask

Allowed: installing and opening an app, using it for a stated number of minutes, creating an account, finishing a tutorial or level, answering a survey honestly, giving honest feedback in the worker's own words, testing a website flow.

Not allowed:

• Anything that asks the worker to pay, deposit, bet, buy a subscription, or share card, bank, UPI, OTP or wallet details.
• Fake identities, fake accounts, buying followers, scripted or copied feedback, or telling the worker which score to give.
• Adult, betting, weapons, drugs, hate or illegal content, and apps that are not on an official store or your own verified domain.
• Collecting the worker's personal data beyond what the app itself needs.
• Tasks whose real purpose is to click ads or inflate metrics on a third party's property.

Store feedback tasks are posted at your own risk under the store's policies; Tapkoin only requires that feedback is the worker's own honest words.

3. Minimum reward per tier

Rewards go to workers in Tapkoins (1,000 TPK = $1). Harder and longer tasks pay more. The Tapkoin team may raise the minimum for an unusually long task when approving it.

4. Deposits, escrow and the balance threshold

• Minimum deposit $20 in USDT. 100 % of a deposit becomes worker rewards; Tapkoin takes no fee at launch.
• Every claim reserves the task reward from your balance until the proof is approved (paid) or rejected, cancelled or expired (returned). Two workers can never draw on the same funds.
• A task can be submitted or resumed only when the balance covers at least 2 completions, and it pauses itself when the balance drops below that. Add funds and press Resume.
• Balances are not transferable between publishers and cannot be withdrawn as worker earnings. Unused balance can be returned to the sending address, minus the network fee, on request from the contact email.

5. Writing a task that gets approved

• A clear title saying what the worker does; numbered steps; the exact screen to screenshot; what disqualifies a completion.
• A working link to the official store page or your tracking link. Use the Android package name so the Tapkoin app can confirm installs and play time.
• A time limit workers can meet (48 hours is typical) and a sensible number of completions for your budget.
• No promises about earnings, no urgency tricks, no instructions to leave specific words or scores.

6. Checking proofs

• Check each proof within 72 hours. Unanswered proofs approve automatically and the reserved reward is paid.
• Reject only when the proof does not show what the task asked, with a note the worker can act on. Rejections are checked by the Tapkoin team; a pattern of unfair rejections suspends the publisher account and approves the affected claims.
• You see the worker's username, proof and the app's device report. You never see their email, IP or payout details.

7. Removal

Tasks that break these rules are paused or ended, and the publisher account can be rejected or suspended. Serious cases (asking workers to pay, fraud, illegal content) forfeit the remaining balance to the affected workers and are reported where the law requires.
